If shipping of your order costs $20+ more than what you paid at checkout, you will receive an invoice that must be paid before your order is put in the mail. Thank you for your understanding!

Originals

Original paintings will be wrapped in paper, padded and sent in a sturdy cardboard box.

Prints

Prints are packaged in paper or plastic sleeve. Prints 11x14 and smaller are mailed in a sturdy flat mailer while prints 16x20 and larger are mailed in a thick tube.

Most artwork will ship via USPS or UPS, and most packages arrive within 2-4 days (domestic) from time of shipping (includes tracking & insurance).

I only offer domestic shipping at this time.

Every order is inspected with the highest level of care before it leaves the studio. For this reason, all sales are final. 

Once an order has been shipped, Steffan Kelly Art is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery and contacting the carrier directly in the event of shipping-related issues.

In the event your artwork arrives damaged in transit, we are happy to handle this on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days from receipt of the artwork by email at steffankellyart@gmail.com. You may be asked to provide photos and other documentation of the damage, and to ship back the damaged item before a replacement can be provided.

© Steffan Kelly Art retains all rights to all artwork created by Steffan Kelly. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings, and the right to make reproductions of all artwork made by Steffan Kelly.  

The Collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.

We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or another direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
